- Hardware defects under normal manufacturers' recommended normal working conditions and maintainance procedures

- External accessories such as Speakers, keyboard, mouse,carrying bag, web cam or any external bundling items
- Consumables such as Notebook/Netbook Battery
- Backup data services
- Software and data losses or damages
- Later upgrades or add-on components and defects caused by such components
- Non Hardware issues such as virus/spyware infections
- Misuse, physical damages or had been repaired by authorized third party
- Incompatibility issues of installing new hardware or software
